I’m a Midlife Body Wisdom Guide, helping women reconnect with their body, their energy, and their inner knowing.

My work blends fasting rhythms, nourishment, emotional awareness, and spiritual reconnection — supporting women to feel more balanced, more in control, and more at home in their body.

After years of exploring holistic health, I improved my autoimmune psoriasis by around 80% through lifestyle, nourishment, and a more supportive way of working with my body.
